In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "p8988," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the p8988 platform and the company operating it under the PAGCOR licensing framework.
• "Platform" means the p8988 website, mobile-optimized browser interface, and all associated services, game products, and payment tools accessible via p8988.cam.

p8988 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily demonstrated. Age verification is conducted as part of the mandatory KYC process prior to the processing of any withdrawal.

4.1 Registration

To open a p8988 Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, and a username and password of your choosing. 4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one active Account on the p8988 Platform at any given time. Where p8988 identifies multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether through shared personal details, device fingerprinting, IP address matching, payment method overlap, or any other means — p8988 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated winnings or Bonus Funds, and retain any real-money balances pending investigation. Intentional creation of multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses constitutes fraud.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. p8988 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. You must notify p8988 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. p8988 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification

Before p8988 can process any withdrawal from your Account, you must complete the KYC verification process. This requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, UMID, PhilSys ID, or driver's license) and, where relevant, proof of the payment method used for deposits. p8988 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Withdrawals will be held pending completion of KYC verification. KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with the p8988 Privacy Policy.

p8988 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash deposits. p8988 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Currency conversion is not offered on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most payment methods. Method-specific minimums may apply and will be displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your p8988 wallet promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Processing times may vary for bank transfers versus instant e-wallet methods like GCash and PayMaya.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made using an account, card, or wallet belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
• p8988 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees or daily limits. Players are responsible for checking applicable limits with their GCash or banking provider.
• p8988 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, that originates from a flagged payment method, or that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals from your p8988 Account are subject to the following conditions:

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawal requests will only be processed for Accounts that have completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.4. Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawals placed in a held status until verification is complete. p8988 is not liable for delays caused by a Player's failure to submit required KYC documents promptly.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods & Timing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible (the "return to source" principle). GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 20 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. p8988 does not guarantee specific processing times but commits to processing withdrawal requests promptly upon successful verification.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may be in effect depending on your account verification tier and VIP status. 6.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Where your Account balance includes Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements, only your eligible real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering) will be available for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds in breach of active bonus wagering conditions will result in the cancellation of the associated bonus.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with p8988.
• Creating more than one Account for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion, exploiting bonuses, or evading previous Account closures.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, AI-assisted tool, or other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, including for game play, bonus claiming, or account management.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including unauthorized use of another person's GCash, PayMaya, or bank account.
• Colluding with other players in multi-player games to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting requirements, or any other activity in violation of Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or any other technical weakness in the Platform to gain an advantage not available through normal gameplay.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including through VPN or proxy services designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the p8988 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, game interfaces, logos, graphics, text, software, trademarks, and the "p8988" brand name — is the proprietary intellectual property of p8988 or its licensed content providers (including JILI Games and other game studios).

Your use of the p8988 Platform does not grant you any ownership rights or license to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written permission of p8988. Unauthorized use of p8988's intellectual property — including creating copycat websites, using the p8988 brand name in unauthorized contexts, or scraping Platform content — constitutes infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

All game titles, artwork, audio, and game mechanics available on the Platform remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and are used by p8988 under valid licensing agreements with those providers.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal information by p8988 is governed by the p8988 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy as they apply to your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit p8988's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

p8988 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions or supplementary game or promotion rules;
• Suspected fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified;
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Reasonable belief that the Account is being used by a person who is ineligible to use the Platform.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, real-money funds held in the Account will be preserved and returned to the Player if the investigation concludes without finding a breach. Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach, p8988 reserves the right to withhold funds up to the value of any losses, costs, or liability caused by the breach, in accordance with applicable law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the p8988 Platform (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code, the Consumer Act, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Before commencing any formal dispute resolution process, Players are encouraged to contact the p8988 customer support team via live chat to resolve the matter informally. p8988 aims to respond to and resolve player complaints within 5 business days.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. p8988's conduct as a PAGCOR-regulated operator is also subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable under the platform's licensing framework.
